Not too long ago at my job, we did an article about proper tipping etiquette which I found very interesting because I used to be a server as my college job so I have strong opinions on this subject matter. There would be times where I would miss my lunch break to finish serving a table, then when they left their tip SUCKED!!! I'm just like REALLYYY?! How about you serve yourself while I enjoy my lunch break? Like if I would've known you were going to be such a lousy tipper, I wouldn't have even wasted my time on you. There were also professors of mine which were the worst tippers too! I worked my magic by mentioning how I was in their class and what I'm learning etc, then this one professor had the nerve of paying with ZotBills and leaving no tip! Realllyyyyyyyyy?! Are you really that cheap? Like I'm sorry for bluffing you up, it was totally not worth the time.
This list compiles the 10 Best/Worst Celebrity tippers. You'd think for having so much money, they can show a little appreciation for good service that goes way beyond the average person. Some are overly giving, and some are just plain cheapskates. Check out the list below courtesy of Zimbio.com!
10 BEST TIPPERS:
10) Dan Aykroyd - At a restaurant near Syracuse, NY, a waitress says he either leaves $100 or 50% of the tab (which ever is larger of the two).
9) Barack Obama - Don't mind his silly moments, but in Raleigh Times Bar in Raleigh, NC, Mr. President paid for a $2 with a $20 and told the bartender to keep the change.
8) Bill Murray - Not only did he throw down a 120% tip on top of a $60 check, but showed the waitress how to make lemon wedges juicier.
7) Drew Barrymore - According to Ugly Better star Ana Ortiz when she was a bartender, Drew would double up the bill, tipping 100%.
6) Russell Crowe - During a vacation in South Wales at the Carew Inn in Tenby, he threw down a 600 Euro tip on top of his pint purchase.
5) Drew Carey - At Amie Morton steakhouse in L.A., he gave a $400 tip in addition to his $250 check.
4) Hulk Hogan - Not only is he extremely down to earth by posing for pics and signing autographs for everyone, but he left an $80 tip for a $120 check at a spot in South Florida.
3) Charlie Sheen - For his daughter Cassandra Jade Estevez's Sweet 16th Bash, he felt extra generous by tipping each person of the event staff $200.
2) David Beckham - At Joxer Daily's Pub with some teammates from the LA Galaxy, they racked up a $100 tab, but this man shared the wealth by adding a zero to the check making it a $900 tip.
1) Johnny Depp - Befriending a waiter at Gibson's Steakhouse in Chicago while filming Public Enemies, he left an extra $4000 tip in addition to the $4400 bill. What a hunk of a guy!!!
10 WORST TIPPERS:
10) Rachael Ray - As a host of Food Network's $40 a Day, she stresses her strategy of tipping 10% on many meals! What happened to the minimum 15%?!
9) Mick Jagger - This Rolling Stone's net worth is around $225 million, but while at DC's Pizzeria Paradiso, he had a $90 bill but tipped $10 which was 11%. I guess a bill was your limit for the night...
8) Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson - According to a waitress at a steak house, he asked if he could eat there before it opened so he could avoid fans but left a $7 tip. She was so ticked off she vented, "This guy is not a 'Rock' to me, just a cheap pebble."
7) Bill Cosby - This guy has 2 stories! One waiter says he got a tab of $375 that night but left a $3 tip which equates to 0.08%. Another says he tipped the bellhop a mere 50 cents for six heavy bags. I guess the elderly like to keep their pockets tight.
6) Kirsten Dunst - She has 2 stories too! At a West Hollywood eatery where the starstruck manager comped her meal, she left no tip! Another Assistant Manager told FOX that she also received a $233 check then left "without even the smallest gratuity." I guess she just gets what she needs and bounces.
5) Madonna - Known for her stiffness with tipping, she left an $18 tip for a $400 check which equals 4.5% tip in a West London restaurant. Also at NYC hotspot Babbo, she failed to leave any tip.
4) Tiger Woods - According to a tipster in Vegas, he refused to leave any tip at all, making his companion who was a female leave the tip. The reason? He never carries cash, ever...
3) Usher - This songstress should learn a thing or do about being generous in other matters. One waiter said he waits for others to pick up the check for him, and if that doesn't happen leaves his autograph for a tip. (An Usher autograph is selling on Ebay for under $5 and no bids)
2) Britney Spears - E! Online picked up the story of Ms. Britney at Hollywood hot spot One Sunset leaving no tip for a $251 bill then threw change at the feet of the parking valet saying, "There's your tip."
1) Jeremy Piven - In 2007 he showed up with an entourage of 12 people and no reservations at a high-end sushi joint Nobu in Aspen where was seated and dined. Upon the way out, he told the manager, "Thanks for nothing." As a tip, he left a signed Entourage DVD which an enraged Nobu employee hurled at him while he left and to this day Piven has been banned from Nobu.
So there's the list of the top 10 best/worst celebrity tippers. No matter how much money theses celebs have, they can either be feeling giving or stingy, maybe even genuinely being a giver or just plain cheap. For any service industry, it's polite to tip a waiter 15% especially if they're providing good service to you. If there's a case where your service isn't that good, it's good to still give 15% because these depend on your tips to make a living since the hourly pay is nothing! Lesson learned?!

CHARLIE SHEEN'S NEW SITCOM BASED OFF FILM ANGER MANAGEMENT
Remember that movie with Jack Nicholson and Adam Sandler called Anger Management? Well leave it to Charlie Sheen to make himself present on the Hollywood scene again. Not only does he have his own show ever since being fired from Two and a Half Men, but it will be based off the film Anger Management.
The producer of the movie Joe Roth, will also produce the show. This won't be the first time Roth and Sheen work together. Other works include Three Musketeers, Young Guns, and Major League.
The sitcom will be called none other than Anger Management where Charlie Sheen will be taking over Jack Nicholson's role but with a slight edge. Not to necessarily follow the exact storyline of the movie, Sheen's character will be an athlete who got his master's in social work during his offseason. Throughout the show, his character will become a counselor to defendants who have anger management issues, while also facing these issues himself.
Though Lionsgate is reportedly closing the deal, there has been no set network to pick up the show as of yet. If this show ever does make it on air, we'll see if Charlie Sheen still has that tiger blood to bring the ratings in for a sitcom. I think so many people would tune in just to see if he can survive on television again and have an identity outside of Two and a Half Men.

HOW CHARLIE SHEEN WILL BE CAST OFF TWO AND A HALF MEN
With all the drama surrounding Charlie Sheen and the new role Ashton Kutcher will be playing on Two and a Half Men, there has been anticipation regarding how Sheen's character will exit and Kutcher's character will enter.
The writers have decided that Charlie Harper [Sheen] will be killed off! How brutal, no?!?! Though no scenarios have been set in stone, it's crazy how this would be the decision execs would decide. Harsh!!! I guess no more future cameos for Charlie...
Chuck Lorre has also already decided how he wants Ashton Kutcher to enter the picture. Supposedly after Harper's death due to a fiery car crash, Ashton will buy Charlie's house. But what about Jon Cryer's character and the kid?! Hmmm still a lot of rumors circulating this, but I guess it's best to keep viewers in suspense so that anticipation levels will remain high!

IT'S OFFICIAL: ASHTON KUTCHER TAKES OVER "TWO AND A HALF MEN"
It became official yesterday that Ashton Kutcher will be replacing Charlie Sheen on the hit sitcom TWO AND A HALF MEN. There was much controversy surrounding this issue due to Charlie Sheen publicly calling out network execs during his stints in and out of rehab. After the execs decided that the eighth season of Two and a Half Men would be over, the question was if the show would continue with or without their main star Charlie Sheen.
Though word out was that Charlie Sheen was going to go back on the show, other gossip hinted that they might hire another star to take his place instead, or even go on without any new star by just focusing on Jon Cryer's character. But now that the decision has been to hire Ashton Kutcher for the already popular sitcom, the new question arises if the show will be as popular as it once was with Charlie Sheen at the forefront.
On being the new cast mate of the show, Ashton Kutcher explains, "I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers' homes. I can't replace Charlie Sheen but I'm going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!" Kutcher will reportedly be making a fraction of Sheen's $1.25 million-an-episode paycheck, in the range of $625,000 and $900,000.
In response to the hiring of Kutcher, Charlie Sheen says, "Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer...Oh wait, so am I! Enjoy the show, America. Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo ever Monday, WB. Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton. There is no air, laughter, loyalty or love there." Once again another blow to creator Chuck Lorre.
Shooting for the ninth season of TWO AND A HALF MEN will begin this summer. So now viewers just have to stay tuned in and see if the show can keep it's popularity.

SNOOP DOGG JOINS IN CHARLIE SHEEN'S WINNING CAMPAIGN
Today, the song WINNING by Charlie Sheen and Snoop Dogg is officially released. Rob Patterson, former guitarist of Korn, co-wrote the song explaining, "Look, it's a good song. But I honestly don't want people to take it seriously. It's meant to be fun and entertaining." He was also the one who asked Snoop Dogg to take part in the song, which he was more than enthusiastic to do.
Charlie says, "Well, the genesis of the song is about, you know, winning. It's just everything in life. I think Snoop did a really good job at kind of encapsulating the whole vibe of you know the movement." Carmen Electra also makes a small appearance on the track saying, "Oh, good evening, Mr. Sheen. Are you winning?" in which Snoop Dogg interjects "No, he's smokin' right now!"
All proceeds for WINNING available on iTunes in 2 different versions [1 family version & 1 with expletives] will go to Sheen's foundation Torpedoes for Tornadoes to help victims from the recent tornadoes devastating the southern states.

CRACKHEAD CHARLIE SELLS OUT FIRST DAY!!!
Believe it or not, Charlie Sheen has a sex doll named Crackhead Charlie which sold out the first day of it's release!
“The Crackhead Charlie doll sold out in one day, the same day we released it. We could have sold more dolls if we had more in stock but they are sold out right now.”
“You don’t have to be a slutty porn goddess to party with this radical rockstar from Mars! Just add air and this neurotic nutjob will show you his two and half personalities, warlock, fangs, fire-breathing fists and Adonis DNA. Don’t be a foolish little troll, experience the bitchin’ drug they call Charlie and let him rock your world!”
Whoever would buy this has got to be sick in the head, hopefully the purchases were done to give as a humorous gift, nothing serious. With Charlie's new branch of fame touring with his comedy shows and banking on merchandise, he was and still is WINNING!!!
Other celebrities who have sex dolls are Lady Gaga [Lady Gag Gag], Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez (JHO), and Paris Hilton. Is this the new bankable venture for celebrities?! Hope not.

Off-Color: My City, DETROIT, Boos Charlie Sheen Off Stage
Guess the people got what they paid for: A drunken man that they can BOO. I don't know why people think that they're going to get ENTERTAINMENT out of something like that. Check out this New York Times review on Charlie Sheen at Detroit's FOX THEATRE:
As it happened, Mr. Sheen and Detroit proved to be a disastrous match. The Fox, a lavishly ornamented, carefully restored 5,000-seat show palace evoking a lost golden age of spectacle, is beautiful, but the scene there was ugly, as a boisterous, liquored-up capacity crowd greeted Mr. Sheen with cheers that quickly turned to boos. The show — a ragged mix of video clips, ear-splitting music, profanity-laced monologues and clumsy attempts to encourage audience participation — did not so much end as collapse. After a little more than an hour Mr. Sheen turned the stage over to a rapper he said would “wake up” the increasingly belligerent spectators, or maybe calm them down. After a Snoop Dogg video, the house lights went up, and though the headliner briefly returned to trade insults with a mostly empty house, the evening clearly had not gone according to plan. If there ever was a plan.
I don't know if that's just the way Detroit feels, or will other cities feel the same way, but we'll see...

Celebrities Use Their Fame for Japan Relief Efforts
As you should already know, Japan experienced a 9.0 earthquake followed by a tsunami with waves about 30 feet high engulfing 95% of Northern Japan and destroying everything that was there. News about this disaster was on every news station, and just watching footage of this event was truly jaw-dropping. I know all of us would like to help Japan in their time of need, so here's some ways you can not only pray for them, but also help donate for relief efforts.
Lady Gaga designed a bracelet with the words "We Pray for Japan" in both Japanese and English. The price is $5 and all the money collected will be strictly for relief efforts.
Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park, partnered with Music for Relief to design a T-shirt to be sold for the cause. It is currently in the process of voting which design fans would like to be the official shirt sold. You can vote here: http://mikeshinoda.com/2011/03/11/help-me-choose-which-tee-we-should-make/
Charlie Sheen says that $1 for every ticket sold for his upcoming live show "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Show" will be donated to the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund.
Most of the celebrities are turning to Twitter to express their support for Japan. Katy Perry, Conan O'Brien, Diddy, and Chris Brown amongst others are choosing Red Cross as their choice for relief efforts. Just text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 and don't forget to keep praying for them and peace around the world!!!
