I'm proud of her for wanting to 'save her life' by slimming down. She says that she wants to get down to 180, which she says is still a 'thick girl', but healthy regardless.

By the way, very nice workout clothes she has on! You don't have to look sloppy to work out. Try your local retailer and look for brands like Nike, Reebok, or higher end brands like Lu Lu Lemon Athletica.

Jennifer Hudson Loses Even More Weight As Spotted At VH1 Divas; Now A Size 2 (Not ZERO)

Jennifer Hudson was a size 22 just a few short years ago, and up until recently she lost 80 pounds in less than a year. This grabbed the attention of WEIGHT WATCHERS.

After Jennifer (J-Hud) has been a spokesperson for some time now, it appears she has lost even more weight despite saying that she was 'determined to keep her curves.' Well, Jennifer still has some hips and thighs so she's OKAY, definitely not on the DANGER side.

Jennifer shocked a lot of people at the VH-1 'Divas Celebrate Soul' event in NYC wearing a shimmering and TINY mini dress fit for a... well... model and attention-commanding thigh high boots from the Francesco Scognamiglio collection. SHE LOOKED HOTT and I bet she was most likely the center of attention at the show.

The Amazing Transformation of Raven Symone!!

I'm very sure that by now you have heard the stories of Raven- Symone's weight loss. I just wanted to put up my own post of her :-) . I've watched her practically all my life, all the way back from the "Cosby Show" when she was Olivia. Then she went to the Wonderful World of Disney being "thick in the waist, but cute in the face." Now, Raven bounces back for I think the first time ever in her very successful Disney career which includes 'That's So Raven' (her brand is worth tens of millions of dollars).

I'm really proud of Raven's effort to lose close to 40 pounds, just for herself, not because of some trend (people actually follow trends to lose weight SMH). She was spotted at CBS's People's Choice Awards a few days ago looking amazing in all black wearing a designer ruffled jacket with exposed cleavage, with a belt accentuating her new small waist (to deter the 'NUH-UH' from people who think she's still fat under her clothes). Her high-heeled boots finish the hott look.

BOTTOM LINE: homegirl looks great. I'm proud of her. LISTEN: Effort speaks volumes.
