HALLE BERRY FOUND LOVE IN A HOPELESS PLACE!

Well well well, let's see who's engaged now! Halle Berry was proposed to by French actor/boyfriend Olivier Martinez with an emerald and diamond ring over the holidays sources have confirmed.

Being divorced twice already, Halle Berry said she had given up on marriage, but changed her mind because "she trusts Olivier...he makes her feel safe, he's a keeper," says a source. Meeting on the set of their upcoming movie later this year "Dark Tide", both have had their share of high profile romances. Halle Berry was married to baseball player David Justice (she admitted she attempted suicide three years after marrying him) and R&B singer Eric Benet (sex addict as we know), and dated model Gabriel Aubry with whom she has 3 year old daughter Nahla. Olivier Martinez was involved with high profile stars as well such as Mira Sorvino, Kylie Minogue, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

“I wish I had known then that I was not the marrying kind. It would have saved me a lot of time, heartache and grief over the years. I have done it twice and I am not going to do it again. The traditional form of marriage is not for me.” I guess with a new year, statements like this are forgotten. Halle also hopes to have more kids with Olivier but knows the complications that come with it being that she's diabetic and older. I guess she has found love in a hopeless place.

SHIA LABEOUF SPEAKS UP ABOUT MEGAN FOX LEAVING TRANSFORMERS

So it's pretty apparent that Megan Fox isn't on the latest Transformers 3 movie, instead she's been replaced by Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Megan Fox called out director Michael Bay's style of capturing her on film which she wasn't necessarily pleased about, then BOOM - BYE BYE FOX.

Now Shia LaBeouf gives his take on the whole story saying, "Megan developed this Spice Girl strength, this woman-empowerment [stuff] that made her feel awkward about her involvement with Michael, who some people think is a very lascivious filmmaker, the way he films women. Mike films women in a way that appeals to a 16-year-old sexuality. It's summer. It's Michael's style. And I think [Fox] never got comfortable with it. This is a girl who was taken from complete obscurity and placed in a sex-driven role in front of the whole world and told she was the sexiest woman in America. And she had a hard time accepting it…When Mike would ask her to do specific things, there was no time for fluffy talk. We're on the run. And the one thing Mike lacks is tact. There's no time for [LaBeouf assumes a gentle voice] 'I would like you to just arch your back 70 degrees.'"

Hmm, so moral of the story is to beware of what you say, because you will be ousted!!! But it's nice to know Megan Fox took a stand against her morals and moved on with this franchise. It's obvious she has many projects to keep herself busy besides Transformers.
