Kanye and Kim Kardashian Spotted Together... Yet Again... But Both Are Looking SHARP In NYC!

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian both have great outfits of contrast, and ironic that Kim is white/Armenian with black clothing and Kanye is black with white clothing (quite interesting). Kim wore this fitted sexy yet sophisicated knee-cut dress with Christian Louboutin Unboot heels, while Kanye rocked out almost all-white, something that he rarely does.

Both were seen leaving a Broadway play in NYC; what a fairy tale night: a play and dinner...

This family is quite the case study. I would like to figure out how does the Kardashian family have such 'staying power' over all the reality stars who seem to dwindle from the spotlight. Check out the four women above as they discuss with an New York audience their newest season of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians,' which renewed its lease for three more years, $40 MILLION.

Also check out their individual style from left to right. Kourtney is pregnant wearing her LBD (little black dress) with detailing on the bottom, and accessorized with yellow chunk necklace and neon pink heels (not shown). Khloe wears a black, asymmetrical hem dress. Matriarch Kris Jenner wears a bodycon dress to accentuate her curves, and Kim wears a black and white lampshade dress with black strappy sandals.

Check out Solange Knowles stepping away from her usual cultural look to attend Splendid Soho grand opening. She wore the store's own blouse, a Maki Oh high split skirt, a Lie Sang Bong turquoise clutch, and clear/black captoe Louboutin 'Illusion' for $795.

I thought this was a hott look; she was especially, and I'm sure not intentionally, channeling Tracee Ellis Ross, known for this type of sophisicated style and HAIR.

Jay-Z was spotted walking to a meeting in NYC, wearing a classic denim jacket... with a brooch on it. It looks like a replica of 'Watch The Throne' album cover. Not that I'm discussing music, but rather the ART that goes into it. Anyway, I'm not sure if brooches may be a coming trend; I do know that I've seen guys wear 'hearts' as brooches on their blazer or jacket, but an ACTUAL GRANDMA BROOCH??

Check out rapper EVE going super fashionista by wearing this crazy big hair that she donned for some fashion show and performance in NYC. Sidenote: I miss her show 'Eve', I still watch it on TV ONE Network.

Anyway, that huge leopard print dress, big hair, and sans-makeup remove Eve far from her rapper persona to the world of supermodel. Hmm... crazy... but I like it.

Nice to see this new family going around town, especially having a child who is already a brand: BLUE IVY. Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted in NYC in their street clothes looking SWAG-a-licious. Jay had on his usual street great with Air Jordan sneakers (what I like about his look is that it's STREET, but never TOO street).

Bey has these vintage glasses, beanie, leather jeans, and Isabel Marant sneakers (the sneaker with a CONCEALED heel) for $725.

She was spotted at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week/ New York Fashion Week with her husband, and sitting between Anna Wintour from VOGUE and Andre Leon Talley, one of the bigwig stylists. must be really nice to sit between two fashion powerhouses.

By the way, Viola Davis is now a world-renowned actress after she won an Oscar for her outstanding performance in movie 'The Help.' Viola was also featured on VOGUE not too long ago.

This is a good look!! ZAC EFRON is really "down the street and around the corner" from High School Musical looks. This 23-year-old actor is coming into his own cool style. Spotted most recently in the above picture at LAX after returning from New York City, this is CERTAINLY a cool way to travel, or even be out with friends.

Gotta hand it to her. REALLY. Even the haters too have to admit that Kim is on her fashion game. It's undeniable in front of my eyes. From the interesting print dress she wore when she was kicked off the stage by "not dancing to the beat," to her look above, in NYC. PRINCE just had to do it. After all, he is a DIVO and his stage is his stage.

In the pic above, Kardashian wore a Burberry Prorsum studded sleeve twill trench coat for nearly $4,500. She paired it up with equally extravagant and eye-catching "Maggie" Louboutins for $895.

BEYONCE In NYC Before Monster Snowstorm Hit

As you know or if you're experiencing it, much of the Eastern seaboard and Northeastern U.S. is blanketed in snow, some areas in heavy snow and blizzard-like conditions. Everyone's slipping and sliding, trying to get to where they need to go (if they really have to go somewhere). WE'RE JUST ONE BIG AMERICAN FAMILY WITH FOOTPRINTS IN THE SNOW (that was random).

Even major celebrities are experiencing the conditions. Superstar BEYONCE was spotted in New York City heading inside a place for a bite to eat. Yup, she was feelin' the effects of the storm, too, trying to keep her hood on her head in the wind gusts.

But Bey looked GOOD. Her bag was the talk of the town already. I call it "THE 3-D BAG." The bag is a Bottega Veneta brick leather bag for $2,450. This bag is considered unique because it can morph into 2 different shapes: a Hobo and a smaller, rectangular version by simply folding and compressing the bag. Talk about 2-IN-1. For $2,450, it better do SOMETHING like that.

CONVERSE will open their Soho, New York store on November 26th, a perfect time for Black Friday; you know the place will be packed. Plus, this store caught my eye because it will feature the largest shoe display of its kind: An American flag MADE ENTIRELY FROM CHUCK TAYLOR SHOES.

The shop will carry the largest Converse footwear offering worldwide, which by itself is already pretty impressive. The shoe wall, leather area and apparel area is also looking good. Most interesting is for sure the customization section, where you will be able to give Converse sneakers your own personal touch.

“The store’s design features speak directly to Converse’s distinct sport and rock ‘n roll heritage. Converse worked with New York based architecture firm Jennifer Carpenter Architect to preserve as much of the original details of the 110 year old building as possible. The single floor retail space is approximately 7,000 square feet using several reclaimed and natural elements to create a vintage inspired feel. From old gymnasium bleachers and recycled wood flooring to re-used Brooklyn factory parts and iconic New York City imagery, all in-store elements blend to create authentic design details.
